The Autex World Conference is a scientific meeting. The total is VAT-free (§ 4 Ziff. 22 USTG).

The participation fee covers access to the lectures, refreshments during breaks, lunch, a festive evening on June 12, 2025 (not included in Conference only Tickets), and conference material.
If a registration is canceled by April 30, a fee of 50 € will be charged. After this date, no fees will be refunded. Sending of a substitute is possible.

Festive Evening
The festive evening with entertainment will take place on June 12, 2025, aboard the steamship of the Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt (Meeting point: Terrassenufer in Dresden’s Old Town, 01067 Dresden, boarding at 7:00 PM).
