Handling personal data

The stated personal data is processed exclusively in the context of preparation, implementation and follow-up of the conference by the Institute of Textile Machinery and High Performance Material Technology. With your registration, you grant the organizers of Aachen-Dresden-Denkendorf International Textile Conference (ADD-ITC) permission to add your data to a list of participants and electronically save it for sending invitations to future ADD-ITCs. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries regarding our services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfilment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DS-GVO.

Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
